4. What CueMark does
CueMark is a social discovery platform for movies, television, and other screen entertainment.
Features may include ratings or "Marks," saved titles or "Cues," ranked lists or "Cuts," comments, watch activity, social recommendations, Watch Together, Watch Parties, television schedules, and other discovery features.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
5. User content
You may be able to create, upload, publish, or share content through CueMark, including comments, ratings, lists, profile information, reactions, and other material ("User Content").
You retain ownership of User Content that you own.
By posting User Content to CueMark, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify solely as needed for technical or formatting purposes, and otherwise use that content to operate, improve, promote, and provide the Service.
This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, or where content has been shared by others in ways that cannot reasonably be reversed.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the User Content you submit and must have the rights necessary to submit it.
You may not use CueMark to:
- harass, threaten, abuse, or target other users;

You are responsible for deciding what information you share through these features.
8. Recommendations and ratings
Recommendations, rankings, similarity scores, Taste Matches, ratings, and other personalized results are generated for entertainment and discovery purposes.
They are subjective and may not accurately predict whether you will enjoy a particular title.
9. Third-party content and services
CueMark may display or link to information, images, ratings, schedules, streaming providers, advertisements, and other content supplied by third parties.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. CueMark does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.

10. Advertising and sponsored content
CueMark may display advertising, sponsored content, promotional placements, affiliate links, or other commercial content.
Sponsored content may be selected based on contextual information, device information, usage data, advertising technologies, or other information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid placements will be identified as advertising or sponsored content where appropriate.
11. Intellectual property
CueMark and its software, design, branding, interfaces, logos, and original content are owned by CueMark or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not give you ownership of CueMark or any third-party content displayed through the Service.
12. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on CueMark infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact us with enough information for us to identify and evaluate the material.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CueMark disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CueMark and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
17. Changes to these Terms
